How is my product packaged?

All products are hand-packaged with the utmost care, using 100% repurposed material.

I saw an electroformed ring, but it’s not in my size. Can you resize it?

Due to the nature of electroforming, we are unable to adjust ring sizes for such pieces, so please be sure to check your ring size before purchase. However, if you see a piece you MUST HAVE send us a message with the description of the ring in question and the size you need. We may be able to create a similar piece especially for you for a small additional charge. 

Can Natural Grace make a wearable item using sea glass I have gathered myself?

Yes, we would be more than happy to use your finest gems. Please choose the personalization option when making your purchase, and provide your shipping information. We will then send you a packaged envelope with return postage. Please allow 1-2 weeks from receiving for product completion.

DISCLAIMER: if the product in question requires drilling rather than just wrapping, there is always the sad possibility of fracturing, which is why we request more than one piece of sea glass be sent. We will return all pieces, used or otherwise, back to their owner upon creation.

Can I request personalized items not listed on Natural Grace?

Of course! In fact, we encourage you to do so. If you have a question on whether or not we can create your masterpiece, please contact us beforehand. WE WILL BE HONEST (honestly).

Once approved, you can include all the directions your heart desires!

How much of each sale goes toward Natural Grace’s cause?

So happy you asked! We donate 10% of each sale to our cause, with an added 15% during holiday months.

BUT WAIT! For every Chadian Made Palm Fan sold, 100% of profits go to the above.

Can I donate directly to Natural Grace’s cause?

Seriously, you are the greatest. Yes, you can absolutely donate directly to our cause! To do so, simply click here or select the Living Waters product page within our shop.

This will appear as an ordinary purchase, sans shipping. However, all funds are immediately distributed to the mission. Oh, and we hope you don’t mind being featured in the next month’s newsletter as a thanks for your awesome contribution.

Are there discounts available?

Discounts are released periodically over the course of the year. To be the first to receive them, please sign up for our monthly newsletter, or keep a keen eye on our Instagram page.

Are all Natural Grace products made from the earth?

In most cases, yes. Occasionally, we will use industry products such as resin, stain, and sealants to give the desired effect.

When selecting our materials, we look to stay as organic as humanly possible. We ARE Natural Grace, after all!

Am I receiving the exact item pictured?

If the item in question has “1 in stock”, you will receive the item pictured. All items are one of a kind. However, the item you receive will look similar to the one purchased.

Shipping Rates

Will my product get to me in time for the holidays?

All shipping times are approximate. We will do our best to get your treasure into the hands of a loved one by the desired date!

Will Natural Grace ship outside of the United States?

At the moment we have no international shipping policy. However, if you see something that piques your interest you are more than welcome to reach out to us at grace@naturalgraceart.com with the item name and your zip code so that we may determine potential shipping costs.

Natural Grace is not liable for any customs charges that may occur due to shipping.

Returns, Repairs, & Replacements

What can I return?

We strive to put a smile on all of our customer’s faces. However, we are unable to accept returns on any personalizations or donations (damage or quality issues notwithstanding).

All qualifying returns must be requested within 7-10 business days from the time of delivery. Buyer is responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If Buyer receives a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from Buyer’s refund. Buyer should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.

When will I get my refund?

In the event your item qualifies for a refund, it will be processed through PayPal upon receipt of your return, and the money will be placed back on the card used to make the purchase.

Order Cancellations

Non-personalized orders may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. Please reach out to Natural Grace at grace@naturalgraceart.com with your contact information and order number to request the cancellation. Once an order is shipped, you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it.

What constitutes a repair?

A repair can be described as any item damaged or otherwise deformed, either during the creation process or sometime thereafter.

We will accept repairs free of charge within 7-10 business days from the time of delivery.

How do replacements or exchanges work?

In the event of a replacement, please contact us with a photograph of your damaged item. We will do our best to replace the item with a rendition as close to the original as possible.

NOTE: All products are one of a kind. Variances are to be expected.

HOLIDAY DISCLAIMER: We do not accept refunds or replacements during the Holidays due to increased volume. However, damages will be taken into account and replaced in as timely a manner as possible.
